We are looking to hire a Python Backend Engineer to join our team at our Chennai Office.

Location: Chennai Work From Office Only

This is a 100% In-Office Role (No Remote / No Hybrid)

Industry: Investment Firm / Small Hedge Fund

Experience: Fresher to 3 Years

We are specifically looking for candidates who are willing to work from our Chennai office full-time and collaborate closely with our core team.

• Strong Python backend development skills
• Excellent foundation in Mathematics & Statistics (very important)
• Strong grasp of DSA, OOPS, and Design Patterns
• Ability to build and manage APIs, microservices, and external integrations
• Exposure to Generative AI concepts
• Familiarity with LLMs, RAG pipelines, or agentic frameworks
• Clean coding practices and structured system design mindset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Building scalable backend systems for financial workflows
• Developing AI-powered internal tools using Generative AI & agentic systems
• Working on quantitative, data-heavy applications
• Supporting investment research through intelligent automation
