Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Purchasing Manager. The Purchasing Manager will oversee procurement processes, source high-quality materials and services, establish strong relationships with suppliers, and ensure cost-effective purchasing strategies. Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, maintaining inventory levels, coordinating with internal teams, assessing market trends, and adhering to budgetary guidelines while meeting organizational needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiations
• Strong analytical and financial skills, including budget management and cost analysis
• Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and supply chain processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for supplier and team collaboration
• Ability to assess market trends and implement cost-saving strategies
• Experience in the retail or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
