At Uniworks Designs, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Coordinator to streamline our procurement process and support our growing interior projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement for interior projects
• Source vendors, negotiate pricing, and ensure cost efficiency
• Coordinate with site teams for timely material delivery
• Maintain purchase records, invoices, and documentation
• Track inventory and ensure material availability as per project timelines

Requirements:

• 25 years of experience in procurement (interiors/construction preferred)
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Good knowledge of materials used in interior fit-outs
• Proficient in MS Excel and documentation
• Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently
