Role :Purchase & Sales Coordinator (Networking Experience)

Work Location : Andheri Near Marol Naka Station, Mumbai

Working Days: 5 days

Work Timings- 8 AM- 4:30 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase & Sales Coordinator with experience in networking products and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales coordination, procurement processes, and excellent communication skills to effectively manage vendor and customer interactions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate between sales, purchase, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing
  • Handle end-to-end sales order management, including quotations, order entry, and invoicing
  • Manage procurement activities such as vendor identification, price negotiation, and purchase order processing
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and customers
  • Track inventory levels and ensure timely availability of networking products
  • Follow up on deliveries, payments, and pending orders
  • Prepare reports on sales, purchases, and stock status
  • Assist the sales team with documentation and client communication
  • Ensure accuracy in data entry and maintain records in ERP/CRM systems


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
  • Proven experience in sales coordination and purchase management
  • Hands-on experience with networking products (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good negotiation and vendor management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP/CRM tools
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience in IT or networking industry
  • Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management processes


Experience Required:

  • 25 years in sales coordination / purchase coordination, preferably in networking or IT sector
