Job Purpose:

To manage procurement and supply chain activities for gear, casting, and forging components,

ensuring timely availability, cost efficiency, and quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle sourcing and procurement of gears, casting, and forging parts.

Develop and manage vendor base, including evaluation and negotiation.

Ensure timely material availability as per production plans.

Monitor cost, quality, and delivery performance of suppliers.

Coordinate with production, quality, and stores for smooth operations.

Follow up on orders, track deliveries, and resolve supply issues.

Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation.

Qualification & Experience:

B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

38 years of experience in Purchase / SCM.

Strong exposure to gear, casting, and forging components.

Skills Required:
