Job Description

Key Responsibilities


Research, write, and edit proposals, bids, tenders, and RFP responses

Understand client requirements and develop compelling, customized proposals

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, finance, operations) to gather inputs

Ensure compliance with tender guidelines and submission requirements

Prepare presentations, capability statements, and supporting documents

Maintain proposal templates and a content library

Track submission deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously

Required Skills & Qualifications


Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Business, or related field

2 years of experience in proposal writing, tender documentation, or bid management

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent research and analytical abilities

High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience with government tenders (GeM, e-procurement portals) is a plus

Preferred Skills


Experience in IT / Consulting / Services industry (if applicable)

Knowledge of RFP/RFI processes

Strong organizational and time-management skills
