Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage operational strategy for all budget and mid-scale hotel properties
Implement SOPs and best practices to standardize operations across properties
Ensure consistent service delivery across Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Support departments
Monitor key operational metrics and drive improvement initiatives
Drive revenue growth, cost control, and profitability across properties
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management in coordination with finance teams
Analyze financial performance and implement corrective strategies to meet targets
Monitor guest feedback, reviews, and satisfaction scores for service improvement
Conduct quality audits and implement corrective action plans
Lead, mentor, and support Unit Heads / Property Managers across properties
Build a performance-driven culture through training and employee engagement
Ensure compliance with brand standards, licenses, safety protocols, and legal requirements
Support corporate Sales & Marketing teams to drive occupancy and revenue growth
Assist in corporate contracts, partnerships, and local tie-ups
Support new hotel openings, pre-opening operations, and property integration
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in operational processes

Qualification:

Experience:

Minimum 7+ years of hotel operations experience in budget/mid-scale hotels
Minimum 5+ years experience in senior leadership role with multi-property oversight
Proven track record in improving operational performance and profitability

Requirements / Skills:

Property Manager
