• Should have 4-5 years of experience in meme marketing agencies (Wldd, Collabx,etc)
• Edit high-impact promo cuts, teasers, hooks & trailers for micro-drama content.
• Create short-form promotional assets optimized for Instagram, YouTube & performance ads.
• Incorporate meme culture, trending audio, and viral pacing.
• Collaborate with marketing, growth & content teams for performance-led creatives.
• Deliver quick turnaround edits aligned with campaign timelines.
• Continuously A/B test creatives based on CTR & retention insights.
