Projects Manager (Interiors)

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Fit Out Projects Manager to lead and manage high-end interior fit-out projects, ensuring exceptional quality, creativity, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Capable of securing execution projects for the company.

* Lead and manage fit out projects to the high end.

* Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project objectives.

* Coordinate with Designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

* Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet client expectations.

* Mentor and guide project leads, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.

* Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to projects.

Required Qualifications and Skills

* B. Tech (Civil/Architecture) - from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges .

* An alternate qualification can be B. Tech (Civil/Architecture) + MBA from RICS or NICMAR

* 5 - 7+ years of proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (Residential and Commercial) with an excellent portfolio of previous works.

* Skilled in meeting clients, reviewing all plans and drawings, and ensuring alignment with project requirements.

* Capable of conducting site visits and preparing detailed quantity calculations (BOQ) with our current team.

* The ideal candidate should maintain a strong network of subcontractors and qualified labor covering all fitout specialties, ensuring the ability to provide and mobilize complete teams for any project requirement.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

* Extreme attention to detail and no-compromise attitude towards quality .

* Comprehensive understanding of the full project lifecycle, from engineering execution to final delivery.

* Experience in sourcing and coordinating with contractors, workers, and suppliers is essential.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel/GSheets .

Compensation

Salary: 5.5 - 7.5 Lakhs depending on experience
