Project Coordinator - Job Role Vision

Responsible for deploying technology solutions and maintenance of client programs. The Project Coordinator is expected to support the project manager during client program launnches and maintenance of programs on daily basis.

Job Description

Support the project manager during project implementations

To coordinate between client and internal tech teams during new client install and integration

Liaison between different internal teams for project delivery, ongoing support and maintenance

Perform the role of a platform administrator, configuring programs, promotions and ongoing management of client programs.

To help in creating process documents and requirement templates

Requirements

• Experience working on technology platforms
• Experience working and creating MIS reports
• The successful candidate should have 3-plus years experience in project implementation & support
• Should have experience working with different teams during project maintenance & support
• Ability to manage a demanding workload, balance multiple tasks and switch gears while maintaining priorities
• Negotiation skills and an ability to handle chaos
• Experience in plant implementations within the agriculture/agri-processing industry.
• Hands-on experience working with industrial printers such as:
• TTO (Thermal Transfer Overprinter)
• TIJ (Thermal Inkjet)
• Zebra Printers
• Note: Implementation and integration experience is required not coding-level development.
• Strong understanding of:
• Supply Chain Processes
• Factory / Plant Module Operations
• Knowledge of how factory modules function across Agri-plant locations

Exposure to inventory, batch management, dispatch, and production workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelors, preferably in IT
