Project Specialist

We are looking for a seasoned Fixed Project Delivery Manager to lead largescale, fixedprice project executions with endtoend ownership of delivery, quality, cost, and client satisfaction. This role demands strong leadership, governance, and execution excellence across complex, multistakeholder programs.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Own endtoend delivery of large fixedprice / outcomebased projects
• Ensure adherence to scope, timelines, cost, quality, and SLAs
• Establish strong delivery governance, risk management, and escalation frameworks
• Lead, mentor, and scale program managers, project managers, and delivery teams
• Manage P&L, margins, revenue recognition, and delivery forecasting
• Partner with Sales, PreSales, and Solutioning teams during bid reviews and estimations
• Drive client engagement, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting
• Implement delivery best practices, tools, and agile / hybrid methodologies
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, change requests, and contract obligations

Key Skills & Experience:

• 15+ years of experience in IT program & project delivery, with strong exposure to fixedprice engagements
• Proven experience managing large programs ($10M+) and distributed teams
• Strong understanding of delivery metrics, contractual compliance, and financial controls
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models
• Excellent client management, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to drive delivery excellence across global, crossfunctional teams
