Job Title: Project Scheduler
Location: Coimbatore
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Project Scheduler to create, manage, and maintain project schedules while ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring production schedules, identifying risks, and ensuring timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and monitor daily production schedules
Support Production Team Leader in resolving production-related issues impacting delivery timelines
Collaborate with Supply Planning and Manufacturing teams to meet production targets
Participate in recurring meetings such as Tier reviews and problem-solving discussions
Maintain Work Orders supporting the Supply Plan
Analyze labor, machine, and material constraints affecting production schedules
Coordinate with Buyers to expedite material requirements when needed
Support change management and quality processes, including change orders, non-conformances, and corrective actions
Provide regular schedule updates, milestone tracking, and critical path analysis
Track and manage project costs within the allocated budget
Assist in project closure activities, including lessons learned and feedback collection
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience with project management tools such as MS Project
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to identify schedule risks and propose mitigation plans
2+ years of experience in Project Scheduling or Project Management
CAPM / PMP certifications will be an added advantage
