Schedule Engineer MEP / Turnkey

We are looking for a skilled Schedule Engineer MEP / Turnkey to support complex project delivery.

Discipline: Scheduling

Role Overview: Schedule Engineer MEP / Turnkey with expertise in developing and monitoring integrated project schedules to ensure timely and costeffective delivery of complex MEP and turnkey projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Consultants and Vendors drawing progress with Document Controller.
• Prepare programme and other detailed information necessary for substantiating claims and provision with regards to planning and programming to the commercial department.
• Submission of an optimum tender programme which can meet the clients requirements / provision of a workable and cost effective Baseline / Master Programme.
• Involved in the development and control of Project Work Schedule, such as building works, M&E and Process Systems from concept design to construction/installation to testing & commissioning.
• Input the activity information into a project scheduling software and use an iterative process of time analysis to obtain an optimum time schedule.
• Responsible for training and mentoring younger team members.
• Ad hoc duties as determined by management

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Construction
• 10+ years experience in construction planning for industrial facilities
• Proven experience supporting project managers across semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and life sciences projects
• Strong understanding of international codes and engineering standards
• Confident, assertive communicator with strong influencing and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Primavera, MS Project, and MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
