Project/Program Manager

Manage complete project lifecycle across multiple workstreams from initiation to closure

Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders

Monitor project progress against schedules and quality standards; take corrective action as needed

Coordinate effectively with clients, internal teams, vendors, and all project stakeholders

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively

Conduct regular status reviews, governance calls, and comprehensive project reporting

Optimize resource allocation and utilization across project teams

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to organizational processes

Monitor project financials, track effort expenditure, and manage budget utilization

Support presales activities, project estimations, and planning when required

57 years of experience in Project/Program Management, preferably managing Cloud, DevOps, or Platform Engineering projects.

Strong experience in Project Delivery, Program Governance, Risk Management, and Stakeholder Management.

Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall delivery environments.

Excellent client-facing, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, timelines, and dependencies in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
