About the Role:

Were a growing architecture & design firm handling residential, commercial, and institutional projects. We need someone detail-obsessed to manage project data, documentation, and coordination.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Data Management

- Maintain detailed project database

-Manage a detailed filing system


2. Software & Excel Skills

- Advanced Excel: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, project tracking sheets

- Proficient in MS Office

- Knowledge of management software like Asana/Notion


3. Coordination with Stakeholders

- Liaise with team heads, external agencies e.g. law firm, Auditors etc.


4. Written & Verbal Communication

Draft clear emails, MOMs etc.

Professional communication in English


5. Project Management Support

- Track project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines across multiple deliverables

- Flag delays and maintain project documentation trail
