Your role

We’re looking for a proactive, detail focused PMO to support the delivery of a portfolio of business change initiatives within UBS Asset Management. You’ll partner with Project Managers and senior stakeholders to run strong governance, produce high quality management information, and ensure risks, issues, dependencies and actions are actively managed.
This role is designed to build breadth and depth in project delivery: you’ll own core PMO disciplines (planning, RAID, governance packs, decision/action tracking and change control) and, over time, take on deputy PM responsibilities on smaller initiatives or defined workstreams—with support from experienced change professionals.

You’ll provide hands on PMO support across multiple initiatives, keeping governance disciplined, information accurate, and stakeholders aligned.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Support delivery across a portfolio of business change initiatives, partnering with Project Managers and senior stakeholders
• Coordinate planning and tracking: maintain integrated plans, milestones, actions and deliverables
• Run governance effectively: prepare meeting packs, maintain decision logs, and follow up actions to closure
• Maintain project documentation to a high standard, ensuring accuracy, consistency and auditability
• Own RAID disciplines: identify, log, track and drive mitigation of risks, issues, dependencies and actions
• Produce clear management information (status, progress, performance and budget) for a range of audiences, including senior management
• Support change control, ensuring scope, timelines and impacts are assessed and escalated promptly
• Deputise for the Project Manager on smaller change initiatives or defined workstreams, as required
• Act as a central point of coordination to keep project teams aligned and communication flowing

Your team

You’ll join the Tax, Business & Regulatory Change team within UBS Asset Management’s COO function. We partner with AM Business Partners and align corporate functions to shape, govern and deliver agreed change initiatives across the business.
Our work is strategic and complex, often involving:
• Multi year delivery horizons
• Significant impact on critical business processes or organizational design
• Cross border and cross functional scope
We provide international project management and PMO expertise, combining delivery discipline with deep Asset Management knowledge to execute high impact initiatives, including, at times, direct delivery of critical programm's such as M&A integrations.

Your expertise

• University degree in business, economics, data, IT, or another analytical discipline
• 5+ years’ experience in a PMO or similar change delivery
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (dashboards, packs and crisp storytelling)
• Experience supporting governance, reporting, and risk/issue management
• Excellent presenting skills to senior stakeholders
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and collaborative working style
• Strong active listening skills and the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
• Experience with reporting tools and formal change frameworks is a plus

Desirable:

Experience in Asset Management and familiarity with the UBS Project Management Framework (including GitLab and Blueprint) will be an advantage
