About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced PMO professional to drive governance, project execution, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination for large-scale HRMS/HCM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end project governance, planning, and delivery.

Drive stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Business teams.

Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and escalations.

Own executive reporting, dashboards, RAID logs, and governance reviews.

Coordinate UAT, release management, and implementation activities.

Ensure timely delivery of strategic programs and transformation initiatives.

Preferred Background:

Experience in HRMS/HCM platforms such as Darwinbox, PeopleStrong, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, ADP, Ramco, Keka, HROne, ZingHR or similar.

Strong exposure to PMO Governance, Program Management, HR Transformation, SaaS Implementations, or Enterprise Software Delivery.

Experience managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
