Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing timelines, scope, and budgets while ensuring seamless coordination across stakeholders and teams. This role requires strong leadership, structured thinking, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple projects
• Define project scope, timelines, resources, and success metrics
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and progress reports
• Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
• Facilitate team meetings, stand-ups, and stakeholder communications
• Act as a central point of coordination between business, technical teams, and leadership
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and ensure timely delivery
• Ensure proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and smooth project closure

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end project lifecycles
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Asana, or similar
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
• Experience with tools like Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project
• Exposure to cross-functional and distributed teams
