Role Description The Project Manager at UNIPREP will oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring that initiatives across hiring, freelancing, and campus placements are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. This full-time remote role involves planning project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, and tracking milestones. The Project Manager will monitor project risks, handle expediting activities, and maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders, clients, and partners. Daily responsibilities include organizing project documentation, preparing status reports, enforcing quality standards during inspections, and optimizing logistics and workflows to support smooth delivery. The role also requires continuous improvement of project processes and tools to enhance efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and risk management.
  • Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely delivery of tasks, services, and project milestones.
  • Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and service expectations.
  • Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to organize resources, schedules, and workflows across multiple projects.
  • Relevant experience in managing remote, cross-functional teams and stakeholder communication.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar) and standard office software.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Bachelors degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in talent platforms, education technology, HR, or recruitment environments is an advantage.
