Overview:

We are partnering with a leading global consulting firm to hire a Lead Project Manager for a high-impact Trading Wind Down (TWD) regulatory programme.

This is a strategic role within a central programme team, working closely with senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional delivery across trading, risk, liquidity, and collateral workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support delivery of complex, cross-functional regulatory programmes
• Drive integrated planning, milestone tracking, and critical path management
• Ensure strong programme governance, risk & issue management, and reporting
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Front Office, Risk, and Finance functions
• Manage dependencies, change control, and quality assurance across workstreams
• Support transition from implementation to business-as-usual

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 10+ years of Project Management experience within Banking / Capital Markets
• Strong exposure to Trading Wind Down / Regulatory / Stress Testing programmes
• Solid understanding of Front Office, Risk, and Trading environments
• Proven experience managing large, complex global programmes
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence senior leadership
• PMP / Prince2 / Agile certifications (preferred)
