About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Project Manager to lead and deliver technology-driven projects for our global clients. This role demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on experience in managing cross-functional teams across time zones. Youll be responsible for ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on time, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for IT initiatives including software development, cloud migration, and infrastructure upgrades
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide detailed reports to clients and leadership
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices
• Work closely with US-based clients during shift hours for real-time updates and collaboration

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with international clients, preferably in US time zones
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification is a plus
