TCS Mumbai hiring for Project Manager !!!!!

Role: Project Manager

Experience required: 12 to 18 years

Location:- Mumbai

Required Technical Skillset:-

1. Have strong technical and functional background and understanding of banking products Implementation.
2. Implements process improvement initiatives and improves customer satisfaction
3. Manages Cost and Budgets
4. Capable to handle multiple releases in large programs

MUST HAVE:-

1. Have strong technical and functional background and understanding of banking products implementation
2. Willing to learn and pilot innovations independently with minimal hand holding
3. Good analytical abilities
4. Good Communication and Senior Management Reporting skills
5. Good Team Player and able to management large teams

Role Descriptions:-

1. Knowledge of either of the core Domains (i.e. Banking and/ or payments) would be an added advantage
2. Prior exposure to Customer facing roles or Prospect interactions is added advantage
3. Prepare and tracks release management - covering scope, design, delivery and testing tracks
4. Conducts daily scums to identify dependencies, progress and work distribution.
5. Review and revise dynamic daily task as needed to ensure no impact to customer deliverable without impacting the quality.
6. Encourage teams to increase productivity!
7. Build a culture which avoids rework and doing things right in first attempt.

9. Right escalation in the case of identified risk
