Job Description
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent follow-up and documentation abilities.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Good understanding of project timelines, BOQs, material movement, site readiness, and execution planning.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, and project tracking tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
High attention to detail with strong ownership and accountability.
Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities.
Knowledge of cold rooms, refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, civil, or EPC projects will be an added advantage.
Qualification
Graduate, Diploma, or B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Project Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in:
Project Coordination
EPC Projects Site Coordination
HVAC/Refrigeration Projects
Cold Room Projects
Construction or Industrial Projects
Manufacturing Project Support
Experience in Cold Chain, Cold Storage, Refrigeration, or Warehouse Infrastructure Projects will be highly preferred.
