Role Description The Project Manager role at sunkool is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagpur. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with expeditors and logistics teams, monitoring inspection activities, tracking project progress, and resolving issues that may affect timelines or quality. The Project Manager will prepare and maintain project documentation, communicate updates to stakeholders, and ensure adherence to company standards and client requirements. This role also involves risk management, resource allocation, and continuous improvement of project processes.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, including project planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience with expeditor and expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Knowledge of inspection processes and quality control procedures within project environments.
• Competence in logistics management, including coordination of transport, warehousing, and supply chain activities.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Excel, or similar applications).
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in industrial, construction, or manufacturing projects is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Nagpur and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
