Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Project Manager based in Bengaluru. The Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and high standards of quality. Daily tasks include coordinating with teams, conducting regular project progress inspections, expediting project steps, managing logistics, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in Project Management, with strong organizational and time-management skills
Hands-on experience in Expediting and working effectively as an Expeditor
Proficiency in Inspection processes and ensuring compliance with quality standards
Solid understanding of Logistics Management to oversee the timely procurement and delivery of materials
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
Familiarity with construction industry software and tools is a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects and work seamlessly with cross-functional teams
