Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in PMO governance, Agile methodologies, Jira, and Scrum practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, and maintaining high standards of execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to delivery
• Ensure adherence to PMO processes, governance, and reporting standards
• Drive Agile/Scrum practices and facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Track project progress using Jira and maintain accurate project documentation
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, business stakeholders)
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
• Ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management
• Continuously improve project processes and team productivity

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 58 years of experience in project management
• Strong experience in PMO frameworks and governance
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Proficiency in Jira for project tracking and reporting
• Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
