Key Requirements

-Ability to handle both office coordination and on-site execution work

-Experience in stone work, especially white stone execution and finishing

-Strong vendor management and site coordination skills

-Good reporting and documentation abilities

-Good communication skills and a smart, presentable personality

-Ability to manage labour, materials, timelines, and daily site activities efficiently

-Basic knowledge of drawings, measurements, and site planning preferred

Qualifications:

-High school diploma or equivalent (a degree or technical qualification in construction is a plus).

-Proven experience in construction or a related field (minimum of 2-3 years).

-Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.

-Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

-Leadership and communication skills to manage workers and interact with clients, engineers, and contractors.

-Ability to solve problems efficiently and effectively under pressure.
