Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end configuration project lifecycle, from planning to final delivery including YoY maintenance and support ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and progress reports.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, functional business analysts, client delivery and Product teams to achieve project objectives.
Serve as a primary liaison between stakeholders and the project team, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
Define, monitor, and analyse project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track overall project performance.
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to meet project goals.
Oversee quality assurance processes, including review cycles.
Track project risks and issues, proactively identifying solutions.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting for leadership visibility.
Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and ownership.
Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs to enhance team competencies.

Ideal Candidate Profile

8-12 years of experience in project management, preferably in document configuration, healthcare compliance, or content delivery domains.
Proven experience in onboarding, hiring coordination, quality reviews, assignments, project management and reporting.
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously.
Strong excel skills preferred and familiarity with Azure Devops and Monday.com tools is a strong plus.
Exposure to US healthcare or compliance documentation highly desirable.
Familiarity with emerging healthcare technologies such as AI in healthcare or data interoperability.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
PMP/Prince2/Agile certification preferred but not mandatory.
Based in Pune with hybrid work culture; flexibility to overlap with US business hours required.
