• Own end-to-end execution of real estate marketing campaigns
• Coordinate between:
• Designers
• Performance team
• Content team
• Clients (yes, directly)
• Ensure nothing slips. Ever.
• Turn chaos into structure, deadlines into delivery
• Push teams. Follow up. Close loops.
• Handle pressure when campaigns go live and stakes are high

You are not a coordinator.

You are the person responsible when things either workor fail.

• Direct exposure to high-value projects (Cr+ campaigns)
• Learn how real deals, launches & marketing ecosystems work
• Work closely with founders (no corporate layers)
• Build a portfolio that actually matters in the market

• You take ownership without being told

Salary: Up to 27,000 per month (based on interview & experience)

Weekly Offs: 2nd & 4th Saturday, all Sundays
