Project Manager - Retail/QSR

Were looking for a Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end setup of QSR outlets within defined timelines. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth execution, cost efficiency, and seamless coordination across internal teams and external partners. This role requires strong ownership, on-ground problem-solving, and the ability to maintain brand standards across every outlet.

What Youll Do

Lead the end-to-end execution of each store from site readiness to final handover

Oversee cost control, timeline management, and vendor performance.

Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams including design, operations, kitchen, and signage

Identify potential store locations, conduct market/site studies, and support negotiations with landlords and property owners.

Manage multiple store projects simultaneously across different stages.

Monitor on-site progress, quality checks, and adherence to electrical/technical specifications.

Core Expertise:

Ability to read and interpret 2D/3D drawings across civil, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry disciplines.

Strong understanding of interior fit-outs, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.

Proven experience in managing contractors, vendors, and on-site teams.

Strong communication skills clear, structured, and professional.

Nice to Have:

Experience in QSR, retail, residential, or commercial fit-out projects (Preferred)

Ability to manage budgets and optimize resource allocation

Preferred Background:

• B.E / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 13 years of experience civil/site execution roles.
• Experience in fit-outs, interiors, or construction projects.
