Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end projects for multiple B2C clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong professional relationships.
Understand client requirements, business goals, and brand positioning to develop effective marketing strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams including design, content, performance marketing, social media, web development, and video production.
Collaborate with performance marketing teams for paid campaign planning, budget allocation, lead generation, ROAS improvement, and reporting.
Support branding initiatives by ensuring consistency in communication, creatives, and campaign direction.
Ensure projects are delivered within timelines, quality standards, and approved budgets.
Conduct regular client meetings, review calls, and internal follow-ups.
Identify growth opportunities and upselling possibilities for existing clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing strategies.
Handle project documentation, task tracking, and workflow management efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing agency, preferably handling B2C brands.
Strong knowledge of performance marketing platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Understanding of branding, content strategy, social media marketing, and digital campaign planning.
Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with project management tools and reporting systems is an added advantage.
Leadership mindset with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
