Project Lead / Project Manager: -Installation of Wind Turbine

Job Summary:

1. A proven individual with experience in Installation & commissioning of multi megawatt Wind turbine projects including Electrical and Mechanical activities.
2. The Project Manager ensures timely delivery, adherence to safety and quality standards, cost control, and stakeholder satisfaction.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
4. In-depth knowledge of WTG Civil foundation, Road work for Crane and WTG component Interacting, 33 KV Electrical lines, Installation of Wind Turbines.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocation for wind turbine installation
2. Monitor progress against timelines, budgets, and milestones.
3. Ensure compliance with project specifications, technical requirements, and contractual obligations.
4. Team co-ordination with different independent leads of Civil, Electrical, Cranes, Logistics and Installation.
5. Enforce strict HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards at site.
6. Implement Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures during installation.
7. Coordinate with stores lead / Inventory of WTG material at Storage yard.
8. Act as primary point of contact for clients, OEMs, contractors, and internal teams.
9. Conduct regular project review meetings and provide progress reports to management and customers.
10. Resolve conflicts, risks, and issues promptly to avoid delays.
11. Approve vendor/subcontractor invoices as per contract terms.
12. Ensure documentation.
13. Timely closure of audit points and report submission.
14. Local liaisoning with Police, local politician, Government agencies for smooth execution of project.

Qualifications:

1. B.E/ B Tech Mechanical Engineering.
2. 812 years of experience in wind energy, with at least 45 years in project management roles.

Working conditions:

1. The current work location is Gadag area Karnataka, Should be ready to work at Pan India basis.
