Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented MBA Fresher specializing inProjectManagement / IT to join our team as aProjectManager. The candidate will support the planning and execution of software developmentprojects while gaining hands-on experience inprojectcoordination, stakeholder communication, and delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of software developmentprojects
• Coordinate with developers, designers, and QA teams
• Support in definingprojectscope, timelines, and deliverables
• Trackprojectprogress and update status reports
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and meetings
• Identify potential risks and escalate when required
• Maintainprojectdocumentation and reports
• Act as a coordination point between team members and stakeholders
• Support process improvements for betterprojectdelivery

Required Skills & Qualifications

• MBA inProjectManagement / IT (Fresher)
• Basic understanding ofprojectmanagement concepts
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Awareness of Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp (preferred)
• Good organizational and time management skills
