About the Role:

Palmonas is looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior Project Manager to oversee retail store maintenance and execution activities across locations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in retail projects, vendor management, store upkeep, and coordination of on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end retail store maintenance and project execution
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for store-related work
• Ensure timely completion of maintenance, repairs, and store setup activities
• Monitor store standards, quality, and operational readiness
• Handle budgeting, quotations, and cost control for projects
• Conduct regular store visits and resolve on-ground issues efficiently
• Maintain project timelines and ensure smooth coordination across stakeholders

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in retail project management/store maintenance
• Experience working with retail, fashion, lifestyle, jewelry, or consumer brands preferred
• Strong vendor management and execution capabilities
• Good understanding of civil, electrical, and store maintenance work
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to travel for store visits and project execution
