Position Title - Project Manager Oracle EBS

Grade/Band - Senior Manager

Business Group - Corporate

Function - IT

Location - Mumbai

Reports to - Lead Enterprise Applications

Purpose

The role holder will manage and lead companywide ERP implementation, rollouts and program management.

Role and responsibilities

• Establish detailed project plans and metrics, schedules, resource plans and status reports
• Present project status to stakeholders, implement project de-risking measure
• Lead end to end delivery of ERP implementation project
• Manage project deliverables, identify risks and develop risk mitigation plans etc
• Oversee and assist with 360-degree aspects of an ERP project deployment including (but not limited to): business process configuration, documenting As-Is and To-Be flows, define business rules, configure user Interface, integrate external systems (when required), manage training
• Manage and Handle IT and ITGC Audit
• Coordinate with IT System Implementing vendor and Manage deliverables

Experience and Qualification

• B.Tech /B.E/ MCA with 10-12 years of post qualification experience
• MBA in Finance / Systems highly desired.
• ERP implementation experience in services industry Knowledge of REACT tools including React Native, React.js,
• Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux

Competencies

Functional - Oracle EBS experience a must in Finance and Procurement modules
