Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with expertise in the Health Claims domain (India) and strong technical understanding of Node.js and React.js. The ideal candidate should also have hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or Codex to improve development productivity and delivery efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery for healthcare claims applications
• Coordinate with development teams working on Node.js and React.js technologies
• Drive Agile/Scrum practices and ensure timely project execution
• Collaborate with business stakeholders for requirement gathering and delivery planning
• Monitor project timelines, risks, quality, and resource management
• Promote adoption of AI-assisted coding tools for improved development efficiency

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in Health Claims domain (India)
• Good technical understanding of Node.js and React.js
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, Claude, or Codex
• Experience in Agile/Scrum project management
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of healthcare claims processing systems
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and DevOps practices
• Exposure to cloud and microservices architecture

Qualification

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
