- Oversee project planning, design, and execution from excavation to completion.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, building codes, and quality requirements.
- Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to drive high performance.
- Prepare and present project status reports, updates, and recommendations to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and efficiencies.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and vendors to ensure cost-effective delivery and resolve project-related conflicts and issues.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress to ensure quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Develop and implement project quality control plans and procedures.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Develop and implement project knowledge management plans and procedures.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's project management methodology and procedures.
- Coordinate with architect team to ensure design intent is met and changes are managed effectively.

Qualification
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Civil Engineering
Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, practices, software, budgeting, cost management, financial reporting, building codes, regulations, quality standards, construction methods, materials, and equipment.
Skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g. MS Project, Primavera, Procore)

Experience
- 10-14 years of experience in project management, preferably in the real estate industry. Experience in leading and mentoring project teams.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from excavation to closure.
