Project Manager

Job Description

Project Managers are responsible for endtoend project management for the assigned project includes project planning delivery client interaction trouble shooting managing project operational parameters and stakeholder management The primary focus is to balance the project constraints scope time risk quality and resource over the project lifecycle The Project Managers are responsible for managing all project resources in the customer environment and establish effective communication plan with the project team and client

Lead all aspects of project planning documentation development of success criteria outcomes measurement and the successful handoff of projects through effective communication

Coordinate the use of appropriate tools and techniques to guarantee the progress of the project and changes to the scope and schedule

Coordinate with various stake holders on the customer front BSAs Eng managers product managers at customer site on the project status updates regularly with highlighting the risks with a mitigation plan

Managing project scope and timelines facilitating daily scrum sprint planning sprint reviews and retrospective meeting ensuring the team adheres to Scrum theory practice and guidelines

Ensure each person is working on the right tasks to ensure timely and highquality delivery enabling collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team

Need a good understanding on the process and endtoend product knowledge

Any knowledge on the ERDEnterprise reference data is add on advantageEntities Enterprise data hub Enterprise data asset Enterprise data warehouse

Should have a strong experience as a Scrum masterscrum framework with good knowledge on Agile software development methodologies

Require excellent communication facilitation negotiation and coaching skills with a strong problem solving and prioritization skills

Minimum 5 7 years of experience on the project management experience with scrum master
