Job Description
Project Manager:Healthcare/Tech
Experience :10 years
We are looking for experienced Project Managers with strong technical backgrounds to lead complex projects in the healthcare/technology domain.
Education
- Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Healthcare-related field (mandatory)
Experience
Project Manager Level 2
- 1015 years of core technical experience
- Minimum 6 years of project management experience
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects
Project Manager Level 3
- 1520 years of core technical experience
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience
- Managed 10+ complex projects with team leadership responsibilities
Certifications (Mandatory)
- PMP / PMI-ACP / PRINCE2 Practitioner / PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Tools: Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies: Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban
- Experience with version control systems: GitHub, SVN
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, FDA)
- Hands-on experience with project management tools: JIRA, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project
Technical Knowledge
- Databases: MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, NoSQL
- Database architecture, normalization & data security (especially healthcare data)
- Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
- Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes
