About the Role

The Project Manager, Integration will play a critical role. This role is responsible for delivering technical and process solutions integrating systems in Mars with external entities with a primary focus integration with our SAP (ECC) ERP and external customers and suppliers.

The successful candidate will possess strong project management skills, excellent stakeholder engagement and the ability to work collaboratively across local internal and external business teams along with global Mars technical teams. This role requires a professional with high accountability, functional acumen and process expertise who thrives on owning outcomes from design to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal, R&D and Manufacturing teams as well as supplier and customer stakeholders to define and deliver integration solutions.
• Ensure scope, quality, time and cost are managed and aligned with and signed off by Steering Committee..
• Ensure plans and forecasts are in place, accurate and up to date
• Ensure handover to support is delivered to a high quality and that documentation is in place for both ongoing business use and support teams.
• Lead the delivery of business solutions in the integration space for the Pet Nutrition ANZ business
• Actively manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables; proactively engage with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Create plans forecast and communication to ensure project is delivered to time,cost and quality.
• Ensure team resources are aligned and tracking to plans to ensure delivery .
• Partner with global teams to deilvier technical solutions to business opportunities.

Industry Experience

• Strong experience with integration projects with large scael ERPs (SAP ideally)
• Demonstrated experience with data analysis, business process mapping, and reporting solutions
• Experience working in hybrid and waterfall delivery models

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Education

• Ideally Prince 2 certified / knowledgeable
• Appropriate Tertiary qualifications and experience specific to the role.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, IT, Supply Chain or related discipline preferred
