PROJECT MANAGER HVAC

We are seeking an experienced and results-drivenHVAC Project Managerto lead and oversee HVAC projects from inception to successful completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, project management capabilities, commercial awareness, and leadership skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.

• Manage complete HVAC project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Review project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and contractual requirements.
• Prepare project schedules, resource deployment plans, and execution strategies.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, PMC teams, and internal departments.

• Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC systems.
• Ensure compliance with approved shop drawings, technical specifications, and industry standards.
• Review and approve material submittals, technical documentation, and method statements.
• Resolve technical challenges and provide value-engineering solutions.

• Monitor project budgets, cost controls, and profitability.
• Review vendor quotations and negotiate procurement packages.
• Manage project billing, certification, variations, and claims.
• Track project cash flow and ensure timely invoicing and collections.

• Lead site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and project coordinators.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and progress assessments.
• Ensure workforce productivity and adherence to project milestones.
• Foster a culture of accountability, quality, and safety.

• Ensure adherence to project quality standards and company procedures.
• Implement HSE policies and maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and quality checks.
• Ensure statutory and contractual compliance throughout project execution.

• Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports.
• Monitor project KPIs and communicate project status to management.
• Maintain project documentation, drawings, approvals, and handover records.
• Coordinate project closeout activities and final documentation.

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 510 years of experience in HVAC project execution and management.
• Proven experience in commercial, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, and high-rise building projects.
• Strong understanding of VRF, Chilled Water Systems, Ventilation, Ducting, and MEP Coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
