We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and execute HVAC and Fire Fighting projects from planning to commissioning. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, cost control, quality compliance, and effective coordination with all stakeholders.

• Manage end-to-end execution of HVAC and Fire Fighting projects.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities as per timelines.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality norms, and project requirements.
• Monitor site progress, manpower deployment, and material planning.
• Handle vendor management and subcontractor coordination.
• Prepare and track project budgets, billing, and cost control.
• Conduct site meetings and provide regular progress reports to management.
• Ensure timely submission of documents such as DPRs, RA bills, and handover reports.
• Resolve site issues and ensure smooth project execution.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (Chillers, VRF, Ducting, Ventilation).
• Expertise in Fire Fighting systems (Hydrant, Sprinkler, Fire Alarm).
• Understanding of MEP drawings, BOQs, and estimation.
• Familiarity with IS codes, NFPA standards, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project/Excel.
