Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for HRMS implementations, primarily People Strong.
- Manage project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery across multiple stakeholders.
- Coordinate with business, HR, IT, and vendor teams to ensure smooth implementation and rollouts.
- Drive requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live activities.
- Monitor timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies; ensure timely issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with HR, payroll, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare project status reports and present updates to senior management.
- Manage change requests, user training, and post-implementation support.
Required Skills Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with People Strong HRMS.
- Proven experience managing large-scale HR transformation or HRMS implementation projects.
- Excellent knowledge of HR processes (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Performance, etc.).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- PMP / Prince2 / Agile certification is a plus.
