Project Manager Fire Fighting EPC

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage Fire Fighting EPC projects from planning to final handover. The candidate will be responsible for project execution, client coordination, manpower management, billing, material planning, and ensuring timely completion of projects as per quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complete execution of Fire Fighting EPC projects independently.

Handle multiple projects simultaneously with proper planning and coordination.

Prepare project schedules, resource planning, and execution strategies.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project requirements.

Monitor installation of hydrant, sprinkler, fire alarm, pump room, and piping systems.

Conduct regular project review meetings and track project progress.

Control project costs, productivity, and material reconciliation.

Monitor billing, certification, and payment follow-ups.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and fire norms.

Resolve technical and site-related issues effectively.

Support testing, commissioning, and final project handover activities.

Maintain project documentation, reports, and MIS updates.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Fire Fighting systems and EPC project execution.

Good understanding of NFPA, TAC, NBC, and local fire safety norms.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent client handling and communication abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.

Good knowledge of AutoCAD drawings, BOQ, billing, and project monitoring.

Proficiency in MS Excel and project management software.

Qualification

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech).

Experience

810 years of proven experience in execution and management of Fire Fighting / MEP EPC projects.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Strong planning and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Commercial awareness and problem-solving approach.

Experience in commercial, industrial, high-rise, or data center projects will be preferred.
