Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager with a strong

background in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to lead and manage

complex, multi-team projects across global locations. The ideal candidate will drive

Agile delivery, ensure seamless coordination across teams, and manage stakeholder

expectations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project management for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring

timely delivery and high quality.

Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand ups,

Reviews, Retrospectives).

Manage cross-functional and geographically distributed teams across multiple

time zones.

Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and mitigation strategies.

Partner with business stakeholders and clients to gather requirements and

ensure successful delivery.

Monitor and report project progress, KPIs, and delivery metrics to leadership.

Identify and remove team impediments while fostering a culture of continuous

improvement.

Handle client communication, escalations, and stakeholder alignment effectively.

Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum best practices and delivery governance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 810 years in project management and/or Scrum Master roles.

Strong experience in Healthcare RCM (claims, billing, coding, AR processes,

etc.).

Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Experience working with distributed teams across multiple geographic locations.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.

Experience with tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Project, etc.

Certifications such as PMP, CSM, SAFE, or PMI-ACP any one preferred

Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and conflict resolution skills.

Strong leadership and team facilitation abilities

Proactive and solution-oriented mindset

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

High accountability and ownership

Ability to influence and drive alignment across teams

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with Cloud Technologies (AWS and/or Azure)

Exposure to Data Engineering concepts and data-driven projects

Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, etc.)

Familiarity with reporting/analytics platforms
