A PM with extensive experience in Agile methodologies (SAFE ,Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and ability to adapt frameworks to organisational and team needs. Has Proven experience of championing and implementing Agile ways of working. Excellent knowledge and experience with JIRA and confluence dashboards. Has experience in running large PI Planning events +150 People. Has experience with inspect and adapt workshops understand how to facilitate and manage tech focused workshops. Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skillsdrives agile adoption, fosters continuous improvement, and supports capability building across teams. Proven delivery management experienceable to lead complex, multi-team environments and manage multiple streams, priorities, and dependencies.
