Role: Project Manager

Location: Bangalore

Compensation: 30,000-40,000 per month

Type: Full-time

Were looking for a proactive Project Manager to join our growing creative team at Edit Lobby someone who can keep projects on track, communicate clearly, and bring structure to our creative process.

Responsibilities

Project Coordination:

• Plan, organize, and monitor all ongoing video editing projects from initiation to delivery.
• Timeline Management:
• Ensure projects are delivered on or before deadlines, aligning with creative and QC teams.

Task Tracking & Reporting:

• Monitor daily task completion rates and maintain team trackers for accountability.
• Communication:
• Manage client communication, ensuring quick response times and clear updates.

Daily Updates:

• Maintain consistent daily progress updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving:
• Identify bottlenecks, provide solutions, and minimize turnaround time for issue resolution.
• Feedback & Team Support:
• Collect feedback from team and clients, address concerns, and promote a collaborative work culture.

Process Improvements:

• Propose and implement new systems or workflows to improve efficiency and creative output.

Skills & Requirements

• Experience in project management, preferably in a creative, video, or media environment
• Strong understanding of video production/editing workflows
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced setup
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
• Team player who can balance creative freedom with project discipline
