Job Description :-

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of a residential township project consisting of 9 towers (17 storeys) with 650+ apartments. The candidate will manage the complete construction lifecycle from excavation to final handover.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute construction schedules and project milestones.

Manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.

Supervise civil, finishing, MEP, and infrastructure works.

Ensure construction quality and safety compliance.

Monitor project budgets, approve bills, and control costs.

Provide regular progress reports to management.

Ensure timely completion and handover of all towers.
