Project Manager - Darwin Box implementation

Position :Project Manager Darwinbox Implementation (6-Month Contract)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with proven expertise in leading end-to-end Darwinbox HRMS implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete Darwinbox implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering to go-live and hypercare.

Coordinate with business stakeholders, HR, IT, and implementation partners.

Oversee project planning, system configuration, integrations, UAT, data migration, and deployment.

Track project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.

Requirements:

712 years of project management experience.

Hands-on experience delivering at least one full end-to-end Darwinbox implementation.

Strong knowledge of HRMS processes and Darwinbox modules.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and vendor coordination skills.
