Project Manager (Creative Agency)

Location: Bangalore

We are a fast-growing creative agency working with exciting D2C brands, startups, and lifestyle businesses. Our work spans across website design, social media retainers, branding, and campaign content creation. Were looking for a smart, organized, and proactiveProject Managerwho can take ownership of projects from start to finish.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and coordinate website, branding, social media, and content production projects
• Be the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams (designers, writers, developers)
• Collect client briefs, set timelines, and prepare internal project plans
• Ensure smooth workflow, timely delivery, and quality control
• Monitor tasks on ClickUp/Notion/Asana (or other project management tools)
• Proactively solve roadblocks, escalate when needed, and keep everyone aligned
• Conduct client review calls, send weekly updates, and handle feedback efficiently
• Work closely with the founders to grow the client experience and agency operations

Prerequisites:

• Have 13 years of experience in a creative/digital agency
• Have successfully handled multiple client projects at once
• Are detail-oriented, proactive, and structured in your approach
• Understand the basics of design, websites, social media, and branding workflows
• Communicate clearly (both written and verbal)
• Love solving problems, not just managing to-do lists
• Have experience with tools like Notion, Clickup Slack, Google Workspace, etc.

Bonus If You Have:

• Background in design/content
• Experience working with D2C or lifestyle brands
• Knowledge of Shopify / Webflow / WordPress basics
